HyGRID. Last updated: April 2026.

1. The short version

HyGRID is a workout generation tool for gyms and trainers. You use it, we keep it running. Don’t do anything illegal or harmful with it, pay your subscription on time, and we’ll get along fine. For the full story, read on.

2. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to anyone who creates a HyGRID account (“you” or “the user”). By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you’re signing up on behalf of a gym or company, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

3. The service

HyGRID provides:

  • A workout generator for HYROX and functional fitness training
  • A TV display system accessible via QR code
  • A phone-based remote control for trainers
  • Workout templates, exercise libraries, and session management

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We’ll give reasonable notice for significant changes.

4. Your account

  • You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
  • You’re responsible for all activity on your account
  • One account per gym or individual unless agreed otherwise
  • You must be 18 or older to create an account

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Use HyGRID for anything illegal
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform
  • Share your account credentials with people outside your organization
  • Use the platform to collect data about athletes without their knowledge
  • Overload our systems intentionally

6. Subscriptions and payment

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
  • Payments are processed by Stripe
  • Prices are listed in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law

Free trial: If we offer a free trial, it automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.

8. Data and content

  • You own any data you input (athlete names, custom exercises, etc.)
  • You grant us a limited licence to process that data to provide the service
  • We may use anonymised, aggregated usage data to improve HyGRID

9. Intellectual property

HyGRID, its logo, interface, and underlying technology are our intellectual property. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any part of the platform.

10. Liability

We provide HyGRID “as is.” We do our best to keep it reliable, but we can’t guarantee it will be available 100% of the time.

We are not liable for:

  • Injuries occurring during workouts generated by HyGRID
  • Loss of data due to circumstances outside our control
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
